ReTee Golf is redefining sustainability in golf by transforming used golf grips into recycled, high-performance rubber golf tees.
Designed and made in Oregon, ReTee was created to give discarded materials a second life while delivering a product golfers can trust. By combining performance, durability, and intentional design, ReTee offers a simple way for golfers to make a more sustainable choice without changing the way they play.
At the heart of the brand is a clear mission: Drive Change, One Tee at a Time. ReTee exists to show that even the smallest product can make a meaningful impact. Through innovation, environmental responsibility, and a genuine love for the game, ReTee Golf is helping shape a better future for golf, one tee at a time.

Kade Bracken is a Mechanical Engineering student at the Oregon Institute of Technology with a 3.72 GPA. As a collegiate golfer, he brings a player-focused perspective to product design. As the Director of Engineering and Product Development, he leads product engineering, design, 3D model creation, technical drawings, overseeing all of the manufacturing processes, and conducting product testing for all ReTee products. His work focuses significantly on prototyping and mold development while supporting the team across the board.

With a love for golf and learning, ReTee Golf was born as a passion project and has grown into something far greater than just an idea.
Founded by Quincy Beyrouty, ReTee was created from a simple belief: the game of golf can be better for both players and the planet. What began as an idea on the way to a college golf tournament quickly evolved into a larger mission rooted in innovation, sustainability, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the game she loves.
As a former college golfer, team captain, First-Team All-American, and Second Team Academic All-American, Quincy built her path on discipline, leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence both on and off the course. The experience shaped the foundation of ReTee and continues to influence the way she leads the brand today. Her background in competitive golf gave her a firsthand understanding of the traditions of the game, while also aspiring her to think differently about how golf can evolve for the future.
What makes Retee especially meaningful is that is has never been only about creating a product. For Quincy, it is about building something with purpose, something that reflects creativity, responsibility, and a genuine passion for the sport. From the earliest stages of the concept to the growth of the brand today, the journey has been fueled by curiosity, persistence, and the support of so many people along the way.
Quincy remains committed to creating products that prove performance and sustainability can go hand in hand, while continuing to push the game forward in a thoughtful and lasting way.

Sawyer Beyrouty is a Construction Management student at the Oregon Institute of Technology. With emphasis in supply chain, logistics management, and operations. As our Director of Operations Management at ReTee Golf, he helps support day-to-day business operations and contributes across a wide range of responsibilities. With a background in construction, telecommunications, and field leadership, Sawyer brings hands-on experience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to the team. He also adds discipline, focus, and a competitive mindset that align with ReTee's mission.

Jack Tieman is a Business Marketing student at the Oregon Institute of Technology and a collegiate golfer with a strong background in competitive golf, sales, and brand development. As a Co-Owner and Director of Marketing at ReTee Golf, he helps lead brand strategy, business development, and the company's long-term vision. His role includes managing social media, content planning, brand positioning, product design support, web design, and customer-facing brand execution.
